Important changes to Adobe Connect
BCcampus Adobe Connect User: Please be advised of of the following important changes to Adobe
If you have an account on acp.bccampus.ca or present.bccampus.ca:
- The BCcampus Adobe Connect services, acp.bccampus.ca, present.bccampus.ca, have been and retired these services will be suspended for all users
on October 8, 2015.
- If you have content, meeting files, or recordings in one of these accounts and you wish to save those files, please download them now. If you have
a business need to access the server to migrate data after October 8th, contact the BCcampus Helpdesk and we will coordinate a time frame to provide you
with access to the files.
If you are a Shared-Services user and you have an account at ac-connect.bccampus.ca:
- At the direction of the Ministry of Advanced Education, BCcampus will be no longer be providing an Adobe Connect Shared Service as of December 31,
2015. Shared-services users must make alternate arrangements for web conferencing after this date. Recordings and uploaded content in
ac-connect.bccampus.ca will be deleted when shared-services accounts are deleted in the new year.
Collaborative Program Instructors and WriteAway users will not be affected by this change and may continue to use ac-connect.bccampus.ca after
December 31, 2015.
